Which is the Real Gold Ring?

One of the rings in each photo is pure yellow gold; the other is made from my new bronze, which I named “Brilliant Bronze” because of its brilliance.
Hadar’s Clay Quick-fire Brilliant Bronze will be available very soon. More photos and instructions coming soon!

Fun! Would love to hear the answer to the guessing game! They are both lovely, and the color is beautiful, but my guess is that the one on the left worn on the ring finger is the bronze one and the one on the right on the pinkie is the gold one, although the color is practically identical.

They look identical! Can’t wait to try it!

Hello Hadar !!! It is really “mistakable”, they really look alike and like Angela said, the one on left is bronze. Not due to color but more due to the shape, the right one is so thin….. Is this Avi’s fingers by the way 😉

Lovely Hadar! I want some!

Wow – so cool. I have had people get confused with the quick fire bronze from a distance. Now they won’t be able to tell even up close. Can’t wait!!!

I love the look – can I attach the Brilliant Bronze as an embellishment to Art Clay Silver and fire as one piece? I love two-toned anything – furniture, jewelry, wall paint, etc. Thanks – looking forward to it. Jackie

I too would say the one on the pinky finger is the gold one. Mainly because of the shape as the color looks the same. Good work.

Wow!!! Save a couple hundred grams for us.
It has to be said; the best part of Hadar and her products there is always something new and innovative. Don’t stop!

Terez, if I didn’t know your sense of humor I would be insulted! 🙂

Jackie, It’s not so simple because there is a bad reaction between silver and bronze. There are several ways to do this, and it all in my book: Silver and Bronze Clay: Movement and Mechanism. I am all sold out but my distributors may still have some.

Cool! That will look so beautiful next to some of the other clay colors! What’s next, platinum?

Hadar I thought if anyone could do this it would be you. Thanks so much! (I like shiny reflective surfaces in jewelry.)

Hi Hadar….Wow!!
Haven’t worked with your clay in a long time, so I’m behind the times. Just wondering if this can be sintered with a torch like silver and copper?

Gorgeous! You are an amazing inventor. When can we get some? Also, does it combine with your steel clays?
Thank you!

Hadar, you are incredible. I cannot wait to try this new bronze. Hadar, you are an inspiration to us all, thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge.

I LOVE it. I will definitely be ordering some. I also have had people mistake some of my polished bronze pieces for gold, with this clay they will really be confused! That is a good thing, the look of gold but at a price we can afford.
Thank you, and I can’t wait to see what you come up with next!

Thank you Hadar for your reply. I have your book and will read up on it. Until now, I’ve only used silver. I will admit the new clay looks very tempting. Jackie

Bonjour Hadar !
Since I started to work with your clays, last April when you came in Quebec for the workshop, I found so many possibilities for nice creations. You’re a genius…. and so generous to share your knowledge.
Can’t wait to receive your new book and try this fabulous Bronze Brillant.
Naturally, thanks to metalclayalchemist to carry your clays for us, canadians.
